These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Minds Pulse and Minds Radar mobile applications (the "Apps") operated by Bravon.ventures ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Luxembourg.

By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

• 1.1 You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• 1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• 1.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• 1.4 One person may hold only one account per App.

2. App Description and Features

• 2.1 Minds Pulse is an AI-powered sales coaching application for individual sales professionals.
• 2.2 Minds Radar is an AI-powered sales team leadership application for team managers and leaders.
• 2.3 Both Apps include AI-assisted features, data analytics, gamified missions, and in-app credit systems.
• 2.4 Features may vary based on your subscription status and credit balance.

3. In-App Currency and Purchases

3.1 Credit Systems

• Minds Pulse uses "Pulsys" as its in-app currency (1 Pulsy = €0.50 value)
• Minds Radar uses "Signals" as its in-app currency (1 Signal = €0.50 value)
• Credits are non-transferable between Apps or between users
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency

3.2 Earning Credits

• New users receive a welcome bonus of 10 credits
• Credits can be earned through completing missions and daily streaks
• Earning rates depend on subscription status (free vs. Pass)

3.3 Purchasing Credits

• Credit packs can be purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Prices are in Euros (€) and may vary by region

3.4 Spending Credits

Credits are consumed when using premium features:

• AI coaching/strategic messages: 3 credits per message
• Data synchronization: 2 credits per sync
• Report generation: 2 credits per report
• Connector sync: 2 credits per connector

4. Subscriptions

• 4.1 Pulse Pass (€14.99/month) and Radar Pass (€19.99/month) are auto-renewable subscriptions.
• 4.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly through your app store account.
• 4.3 Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• 4.4 Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
• 4.5 Pass benefits include: monthly credit allocation, free daily AI messages, unlimited reports, and priority support.
• 4.6 Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.

5. User Data and Content

• 5.1 You retain ownership of all data you import into the Apps.
• 5.2 You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing App features.
• 5.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any data into the Apps.
• 5.4 You agree not to import data that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

• 6.1 AI-generated content (coaching recommendations, analytics insights, reports) is provided for informational purposes only.
• 6.2 AI outputs should not be considered as professional business, financial, or legal advice.
• 6.3 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• 6.4 You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on AI recommendations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Apps
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Apps
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Apps
• Scrape or harvest data from the Apps
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

• 8.1 The Apps, including design, code, features, and branding, are owned by Bravon.ventures.
• 8.2 "Minds", "Pulse", "Radar", "Pulsys", "Signals", "NHI", and associated logos are trademarks of Bravon.ventures.
• 8.3 You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.1 The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• 9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• 9.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• 9.4 We are not responsible for data loss resulting from CRM disconnections, import errors, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

• 10.1 You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
• 10.2 We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• 10.3 Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.
• 10.4 Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

11. Modifications

• 11.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• 11.2 Material changes will be notified through the App or via email.
• 11.3 Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

• 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
• 12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
• 12.3 For EU consumers: you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
